Been at work all afternoon but WA chasing a small target.. Has pitch been playing up? or just Queensland in-experienced line up?

Both sides look far from full strength though.

WA line up looks ok.. Marsh, North, Voges, Ronchi, Dorey and Noffke all had some international experience.. who are the missing? Hussey and Johnson wont play much at all anyway.. Magoffin is probably the main one missing..

And Queensland dont have much to draw on.. Love, Bichel and someone else retired, Watson moved to NSW, Noffke went to WA.. Symonds only playing T20.. Missing Hopes? and Harris as well..

Irony.

Qld told him he wasnt part of their one-day and T20 plans, then he comes back to bite them on the ass!..

Not a good call from QLD lol

They have lost guys like Love, Maher, Hayden, Bichel, Kaspa, Watson, Johnson over the last couple of years.. Symonds supposedly only playing T20.. Hauritz left a couple of seasons ago too.. and is Perrin still playing?..

All that experience gone, I think they should have held onto Noffke, for all forms of the game..

Why did we lose Noffke anyway? I mean he was a key player for us. Ive never really been into the full domestic cricket thing so maybe you guys no why we lost him...

QLD pretty much told him he would only play in the shield team, they didnt see him in their plans for the 50 over games or the Twenty20, and that wasnt good enough for him..

Which I think is fair enough, he is a very good player in domestic cricket so he wanted to play all forms of the game, and WA were happy for him to do that over there..

Yeah your right, oh well hopefully some new kids can come through now in the absence of those more senior players.

Tas Vs SA just started..

Tas taking in a much stronger line up than we had in the shield match.. Hilfehaus, Paine and Birt all come in.. Think Dighton, Doherty and Drew maybe as well.. so thats half the side lol

SA batting first, just lost thier first wicket, Smith out for 6..

Klinger somehow not getting a game? averaged 52 last seasson and was the standout batsman in the domestic season but isnt getting a game?.. And bloody hell, Mark Crosgrove looks like he is getting bigger! Can bat though..
